In the field of Consumer Law, we furnish information to our clients within the scope of the Law on the Protection of Consumers. In addition, we provide legal advice services to our clients about any possible disputes to which they might become a party. Furthermore, we provide litigation services to our clients for compensation of their losses before consumer courts and arbitration committees for consumer problems.

In the field of Consumer Law, we mainly provide legal advice and litigation services as to the following matters in line with the requirements of our clients:

Settlement of any disputes arising from defective goods and services,

Settlement of any disputes arising from subscription contracts,

Settlement of any disputes arising from consumer and housing finance loans,

For indemnification of any losses suffered by consumers, legal representation during any proceedings before consumer courts and/or arbitration committees for consumer problems,

Mediation services for settlement of any disputes,

Drawing up of and review of contracts and agreements in compliance with the Law on the Protection of Consumers.
